YOG EASE WOMEN'S WELLNESS GROUP

  • We are a small online monthly membership yoga & wellness community of women who want to feel ease and vitality in our bodies, in our nervous systems, and in our lives. 

  • We have a life of experiences and live across the world.  Through practicing healthy habits & yoga we are learning to tune-in, listen, and care for ourselves in ways we never did before.  

  • Together, we are on a journey of freeing up the holds of our minds and awakening into our hearts. We are becoming present with ourselves, our lives, and our world.

  • The type of yoga taught is called subtle yoga.  It is approachable to anyone, especially beginners or anyone intimidated by the hyper flexibility and speed of some yoga styles.  We don't do that. This style is a slow flow of breath and movement where you get to know yourself, your body, your strengths, and your limits.

  • We work on flexibility, strength, balance, breath, mindset, and awareness. We are gentle, kind, and forgiving of ourselves.  Our practice may involve seated, standing, and floor postures, as well as massage.   I guide you through class, but ultimately you get to make the choices as to what's right for you every time we practice.

  • Our group meets live online for wellness chat & yoga practice - 2 times a week - typically every Monday and Wednesday, with usually one extra practice opportunity over the course of the month.  

  • All of the wellness teachings & yoga practices are recorded and available on-demand so that you can make the program work for your life.

  • The Yog Ease online program is much more than a weekly yoga class. The program is structured to flow in rhythm with the seasons to educate and support the needs of the group through ayurvedic wellness and mindset habits, yoga classes, on-demand recordings, meditations, recipes, email support, and more. 




Private group yoga classes

Elevate your group experience and connections with a private group yoga session on-site at your home, vacation rental, or retreat space.


Whether you’re on vacation or a weekly gathering of friends -treat yourselves to nourishment, care and connection as we create and lead a special yoga session just for you and your group.

Classes can be live in-person, on zoom or pre-recorded for you. You get to choose what’s right for you.

Bloom Into SPring, Summer, and Fall…

Join Heather for a small and private outdoor commuity yoga class in beautiful and soothing spaces in Black Mountain. Class size is limited and the location is disclosed once you sign up. Email me to register.

Where: Black Mountain, NC (Directions & details will be sent once payment/registration is complete. Locations always within a few miles from downtown.)
